Returns & Exchanges

7-day Return window: As soon as your order is dispatched, a 7-day long 'Request return' window gets opened on your order card that allows you to easily create a return request. 

After the 7-day period, system will no longer support returns requests.

Return Shipping charges : A fee of Rs 299 to be charged per return shipping.

Refund:  Refund shall be initiated to the original payment method after the product has been received and inspected thoroughly by the team at Matrut.

- Hair Accessories
- Free Gifts or promotional items

A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, then they need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
