📦 Returns & Refunds
7-day Return policy: As soon as your order is delivered, a 7-day long return window is opened against your order card. Click on the "Request return" button to initiate returns against specific items in the order. Once the 7-day period has collapsed , system shall no longer support return requests for that order.
Return Shipping charges : A fee of Rs 299 per item is to be deducted from the refundable amount.
🔁 Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
✅ Once verified, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, then they need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please note the following:
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any refund or replacement request.
- The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time and the issue with the product.
- If approved, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement as preferred.
